Speed: Course is set up, athletes have time to practice then run twice, fastest time is taken

Skill: 6-8 Movement challenges set up across the facility, athletes have 20 minutes to complete as many as they can

Style: Opportunity for athletes to come up with their own Line, practice then demonstrate for judges for scoring
